As Executive Director & Founder of Toledo Capital AG, Uri Krausz, assumes responsibility for the executive management of the company and the client relationships.
Uri has started his career at Glencore, the largest commodity trading company worldwide, gaining experience in trade finance, shipping and commodity trading. Before founding Toledo in 2010 Uri was a Managing Director in UBS and CS, responsible for the Private Wealth Management of UHNW individuals, providing him with a combined experience of 20 years in the financial sector.
Uri holds a B.A. in financial planning and has successfully accomplished wealth management degrees diplomas both from UBS and Credit Suisse.
Uri is fluent in German, English, French and Hebrew. He lives in Kanton Schwyz and in his spare time, Uri enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing tennis and skiing.
As Senior Portfolio Manager, Guy Schochet, assumed responsibility for the investment strategy at Toledo Capital AG in 2013.
Before joining Toledo Guy was an Associate Director and Senior Relationship Manager in UBS from 2009 to 2012, providing him with a combined experience of 10 years in the financial sector. His duties included managing a team book of 600 Mio USD and maintaining relationships with numerous clients in Israel.
Guy holds a B.A in computer science, obtained during his services in the Israeli Defence Forces. He started his professional career as a software engineer and head of the development team in a FinTech start-up in London. After successfully completing his executive M.B.A. from CASS Business School in London, Guy commenced working in the financial sector.
Guy is fluent in English and Hebrew. He lives in the greater area of Zurich and is married and the father of two children. In his free time, Guy is playing table tennis professionally and taking part in multiple national competitions.
Philip Krausz serves as the Executive Director of Wealth Management at Toledo Capital AG in Zurich, Switzerland; where he assumes responsibility for investment processes, portfolio management, and client relationship management.
With prior roles as Deputy Portfolio Manager and Financial Analyst at ISP Group, he has established a strong foundation in financial markets.
Philip’s journey includes invaluable experiences that enrinched his skill set, actively contributing to research and development strategies, and showcasing exceptional teamwork skills. His experience enabled him to excel in sales and marketing while honing his expertise in analyzing commercial real estate deals and investment insights.
These diverse experiences have collectively equipped him to provide innovative solutions in Wealth Management. Holding a Master’s degree in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School, Philip Krausz is well- prepared to offer dynamic solutions in the finance world.

As Director, Adina Krausz, assumed responsibility for the Business Development of the company since 2015. Her responsibilities include Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, searching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
She began her international career in Wealth Management as a Junior Financial Consultant with Deutsche Bank AG in Germany, before joining a prominent Capital Management Firm in New York and Israel, where she gained deep insights in the field of VC and Tech. Adina held a Senior Business Development role with a leading Trading Company in the Middle East after which she returned to the Private Banking Sector for an extended period of time. In 2015 Adina joined our Multi Family Office and Real Estate Firm, The Bluerock Group, as Director of Business Development and Investor Relations.
Adina holds a degree in Banking and Finance obtained in Business School in Munich.
Adina is fluent in German, English and Hebrew. She lives in the heart of Zurich is married and a mother of two children. in her free time, she is a passionate world traveller, cruise enthusiast and loves horses.
Hubert Mrugala joined Toledo Capital AG in 2022 as Finance Trainee. He is assuming responsibility for the investment processes, fund due diligence, and portfolio management.
Before starting at Toledo, Hubert worked as a front desk agent in Taipei City. He came to Switzerland to pursue MA in in Banking and Finance at University of Zurich, which gave him a specialized knowledge and skills of macroeconomic and security analysis.
Apart from the education obtained in Zurich, Hubert also holds a BA in Finance from University of Warsaw and a successfully completed business administration certificate from Aalborg University.
Hubert is fluent in English, Polish, and has a good command of Mandarin Chinese. He lives in Unterägeri and in his free time enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and swimming.
As Investment & Management Associate, Ziporah Kornfein, took on the responsibility for investment assistance, legal & compliance, client, bank & partner relationships, office management and administration at Toledo Capital AG in 2018.
Prior to joining Toledo Capital AG Ziporah managed the administrations and operations of a retail firm in Zurich for two and a half years.
Ziporah has successfully graduated from the VSH business school and participated in finance and investment courses for her further education.
Ziporah is fluent in English and German and has a command of Dutch and Hebrew. Ziporah lives in the city of Zurich and enjoys skiing, traveling and going out with friends in her free time.
Yechiel Green joined Toledo Capital AG in 2025 as a Finance Trainee. In this role, he supports the investment team and contributes to investment processes and portfolio-related tasks. Prior to joining Toledo, Yechiel gained experience in real estate bookkeeping, where he was responsible for managing security deposits and utility billing.
Yechiel completed his secondary education in Zurich and went on to study in England, followed by high school studies in the United States, finishing his diploma during the COVID pandemic through online learning. He has developed a strong interest and understanding of macroeconomics and Austrian economics through independent study.
Fluent in English, German, and Swiss German, Yechiel also understands Yiddish and has basic knowledge of Hebrew. He lives in Zurich. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis and football, skiing, working out, reading, spending time with his family, and relaxing with a good movie.
Nydia Sieber joined Toledo Capital AG in 2021 as Marketing & Business Development Trainee.
Currently she holds the Marketing & Business Development position, where she is developing the Marketing Department within the company which includes: Media Exposure, Digital Marketing Strategy, Internal Communications and Design.
Before she started at Toledo, Nydia worked as a Chief of Marketing and Communications in CHRISTUS MUGUERZA Group in Mexico and came to Switzerland to study a Master in Interaction Design, which allowed her to offer Marketing and Design freelancing services to a range of clients.
Nydia also holds a B.A in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey, one of the top universities in Latin America. She speaks Spanish and English fluently and has a good command in German. She lives in the Rheintal area and in her free time enjoys to sing, dance, paint and read.
Lea Friedman joined Toledo Capital AG in March 2025 as a Business Operations Associate. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing Business Operations, with a particular focus on ensuring that all compliance-related matters and operational processes are properly maintained and in order. She supports the firm’s day-to-day operational activities and helps ensure that internal procedures and regulatory requirements are followed efficiently.
Before joining Toledo Capital, Lea worked for several years in administrative and operational roles. Most recently, she served as an Assistant at Gidaboll AG in Zurich, where she managed a wide range of responsibilities including administrative coordination, reviewing contractual terms, handling insurance-related matters, accounts payable processes, and supporting property management operations. Her experience also includes process optimization and digital archiving, which strengthened her operational and organizational expertise.
Lea completed her commercial training (KV EFZ) at KV Zürich and further specialized with a certification as a Social Insurance Specialist from KV Business School Zürich.
Lea is fluent in German, English, and Hebrew. She lives in Switzerland and brings a strong administrative background combined with a detail-oriented approach to operational and compliance processes.
Shana Zobrist joined Toledo Capital AG in November 2025 as an Intern in Business Operations. In this role, she supports various operational functions, including compliance, quarterly fee processes, marketing activities, and other business-related tasks.
Alongside her role at Toledo, Shana is completing her Bachelor’s degree in Economics, which she pursued on a part-time basis while working. She is set to transition into a full-time position starting February.
Before entering the financial sector, Shana was a professional beach volleyball player, competing internationally until last summer. Following health-related challenges, she decided to step back from professional sports and further explore the field she studied academically.
Shana is fluent in German, French, and English. She lives in Zurich and, in her free time, enjoys reading, traveling, and discovering new places.
Raphaelle Mahieu joined the Advisory Board of Toledo Capital AG in 2021.
She is a Sciences Po Paris graduate and started in 2013 her career at BNP Paribas in Investment Banking. Raphaelle has been working on derivatives and investment solutions since then and dedicated to wealth managers in Switzerland.
In 2017 she decided to join an independent company based in Geneva as Head of Business Development. Raphaëlle has a very deep knowledge of the Wealth Management universe, both in France and Switzerland.
She is now co-founder and CEO of Ava Investors SA, that provides expert independent advice, guidance and prime market insights on equity investments.
Claude Schmidt joined the Advisory Board of Toledo Capital AG in 2023.
He is a PHD graduate from the University of Zürich, who has extensive expertise in the banking industry. During his career he has worked in positions such as: Member of the Executive Board of Goldman Sachs Bank AG, Co-Head of Global Family Office Group – EMEA – UBS Wealth Management & Audit – Risk Management Consulting, Arthur Andersen AG.
Claude is now a Member of the Board of Directors in Bankrat of Schwyzer Kantonalbank, Member of the Investment Committee in Delfin Investment AG and Member of the Advisory Board of Axpla GmbH.
